Scrum-half Kieran Hardy is the first winner of our Intersport Scarlets player of the month award.
The 24-year-old won the October accolade after receiving the most votes (38%) from our public poll, edging out No. 8 Uzair Cassiem, flanker Josh Macleod and centre Steff Hughes.
The livewire No. 9 has picked up where he left off last season, lighting up the early rounds of the Guinness PRO14 with some scintillating tries.
He claimed a game-changing score in the thrilling victory up in Glasgow, bagged a double in the hammering of Zebre at Parc y Scarlets and added another try, sniping blindside in Saturday’s 17-13 win over the Toyota Cheetahs in Llanelli.
