The East Under 16s face the top of the table on Sunday when they travel to Colwyn Bay to be welcomed by RGC. After two victories in a row, the East squad are looking to continue their success against the strong RGC team.
Head Coach Alun Jones makes only two changes to his starting XV from last weeks victory. Dafydd Waters comes in at full back moving Luke Davies to the replacements bench. Dafydd Jones gets the nod at tight-head prop.
