Wales internationals Sam Costelow and Johnny Williams return to the Scarlets starting XV for Saturday’s BKT URC round 16 clash with championship pacesetters Leinster (17:15; S4C & Premier Sports).
Costelow has recovered from the shoulder injury he picked up against Gloucester in January, while Williams has overcome a calf issue that has sidelined him for the last three matches.
The only other changes to the side that saw off the Dragons with a bonus-point win on Judgement Day is Joe Roberts replacing Macs Page in midfield and Ryan Elias swapping with Marnus van der Merwe at hooker.
The all-international back three of Blair Murray, Tom Rogers and Ellis Mee remains the same with Roberts and Williams forming a reshuffled centre partnership. Costelow links up with Gareth Davies at half-back.
Elias packs down in between props Alec Hepburn and Henry Thomas, with Alex Craig, Sam Lousi in the second row and Vaea Fifita, Taine Plumtree and skipper Josh Macleod the back row.
Page, Roberts, Ioan Lloyd and van der Merwe drop onto the bench from last weekend’s run-on side.
There is also a potential debut for Wales U20s prop Louie Trevett, who comes in for Sam O’Connor, who picked up a hamstring injury in training this week.
Head coach Dwayne Peel said: “It is a big week, a big occasion, the last home game of the season against a team who are probably in the best form in world club rugby. It is a massive challenge, an opportunity and one we are excited about, especially with three games left and things being so tight in the league.
“There is a lot of rugby still to be played and I wouldn’t be surprised if it all goes down to the last week.
“For us, we have got to be accurate and not allow them to get into the rhythm of their game. We also have to be brave and we have to be bold.”
