Rob LloydNewyddion

We’re back at Parc y Scarlets for a mouthwatering Friday night clash against one of the form teams in the BKT United Rugby Championship, the Vodacom Bulls.

Here’s everything you need to know about what’s happening around the Parc.

What time is kick-off?

The match kicks off at 7.35pm.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9.00am until half-time. Tickets prices are more expensive on match-day so make sure you buy yours early!

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the Castore shop is open from 10am until kick-off.  Players will be in the shop for photos and autographs with fans before kick-off.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate. The car park gates open at 5pm. Please do not park in residential streets around the Parc. We would also like to remind people not to park on grass verges around the stadium as this causes damage to the surrounding environment and also blocks routes used by the emergency services. Vehicles parked illegally may be clamped or towed away.

Do you accept cash in the stadium?

Yes we do, but we will not be accepting the old paper £50 and £20 notes.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 5.30pm. The Lolfa (formerly Heart and Soul) Bar is also open from 5.35pm. Food (pies and pasties) will be available. The turnstiles and kiosks are open to the public at 6.30pm. The Heineken Lounge is closed for the game.

Is there a bus service?

Yes, there is the regular shuttle bus and a new bus service from Carmarthen, which stops in Kidwelly, Burry Port, Coleg Sir Gar and Dominos, Llanelli in operation for this game

Here are the details

What’s on in the FSG Supporters Village?

With the village growing in popularity, we’ve made some exciting changes. There’s now more space for the community clubs to showcase their rugby skills. Food and drink will be available from vendors outside the arena, with drinks and toilet facilities also available in the The West Stand concourse. Inside, there will be inflatable fun for our young fans. Come and say hello and grab a selfie with Scarlets players who will be at the Clwb Cochyn stand. Cochyn will also be there and don’t forget to get your face painted! The Supporters Village will be closed after the match. The Supporters Village is open from 5.30pm.

Where can I buy 50-50 lottery tickets?

The 50-50 lottery draw tickets will be available to purchase from the shop trailer in the Supporters Village. Proceeds from the lottery go to the Scarlets Community Foundation.

What’s happening before the match?

We’ve got Pontarddulais U8s, Teifi Timberwolves U8 & U10s, Felinfoel U8ds & U10s, Wiberod U10s and U12 and Tywi Tornadoes U12s as part of the pre-match parade and playing tag rugby at half-time. The Scarlets choir will be performing some of their favourites in the South Stand concourse prior to kick-off.

What about the Tanner Banc Bar?

The Bar Tanner Banc (in the East Stand) will be open pre-match at 5.30pm and will be open throughout the game and post match. Come along and sample a great atmosphere.

Who are the match-day mascots?

We have nine-year-old Archie Herbert from Ysgol Gymraeg Ffwrnes who plays for Furnace Utd RFC and seven-year-old Quinton Mahoney from Ysgol Gymraeg Brynsierfel, who plays for Felinfoel RFC as our mascots for the evening. Archie’s favourite player is Vaea Fifita, while Quinton’s is Johnny Williams. Please give them both a big cheer as they run out with the side!!
