Rob LloydNewyddion

It’s Inclusion Day at the Parc on Saturday as part as we host Edinburgh in Round 10 of the BKT United Rugby Championship.

Here’s everything you need to know if you are coming to the game.

What time is kick-off?

The match kicks off at 3pm.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9.00am until half-time. Tickets prices are more expensive on match-day so make sure you buy yours early!

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the Castore shop is open from 10am until kick-off.  Players Ryan Elias and Elis Price will be in the shop for photos and autographs with fans at 2pm.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate with cash and card payment accepted. The car park gates open at 9.30am. Please do not park in residential streets around the Parc. We would also like to remind people not to park on grass verges around the stadium as this causes damage to the surrounding environment and also blocks routes used by the emergency services. Vehicles parked illegally may be clamped or towed away.

Please also be aware that neighbouring retail parks are operating parking restrictions using vehicle identification cameras. Fines will be issued for those who exceed the time limits.

Please all give plenty of time for your journey if you have a long way to travel.

Do you accept cash in the stadium?

Yes we do, but we will not be accepting the old paper £50 and £20 notes.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 1pm. The Lolfa (formerly Heart and Soul) Bar is also open from 12.30pm. Food will be available. The turnstiles and kiosks are open to the public at 2pm. The Heineken Lounge is closed for the game.

Is there a bus service?

Yes, there is the regular shuttle bus and a new bus service from Carmarthen, which stops in Kidwelly, Burry Port, Coleg Sir Gar and Dominos, Llanelli in operation for this game. Please see below.

What’s on in the FSG Supporters Village?

Your regular food and drink vendors will be open outside the arena, which opens to the public at 12.30pm. Inside the village there will be inflatable fun for our young fans as well as a special wheelchair rugby demonstration, when not give it a go! Come and say hello and grab a selfie with Scarlets players who will be at the Clwb Cochyn stand. Cochyn will also be there and don’t forget to get your face painted! The Supporters Village will be closed after the match. A number of our charity partners will all be in the barn so please support

Where can I buy 50-50 lottery tickets?

Unfortunately, there will be no 50-50 draw on Saturday.

What’s happening before the match?

As part of our inclusion day, there is a big curtain raiser up on the training field between the Llanelli Warriors and Pembrokeshire Vikings, which kicks off at 11am.

What about the Tanner Banc Bar?

The Bar Tanner Banc (in the East Stand) will be open pre-match at 1pm and will be open throughout the game and post match. Come along and sample a great atmosphere.

Please make some noise for our mini teams and future Scarlets from Furnace U9s and 10s, Swansea Uplands U9s and Llanelli Wanderers U9s and U10s. We’ve also got some slightly older participants taking part in a walking rugby session, so please give a warm welcome to Ammanford Old Boars, Furnace red Hot Cherry Steppers, Crymhc RFC, Tycroes RFC, Actif Baabaas and Pembrokeshire Vikings.
