Rob LloydNewyddion

We’re celebrating Women and Girls rugby at the Parc on Saturday as part of the big EPCR Challenge Cup showdown with RC Vannes.

It’s all to play for as the Top14 newbies take on the Scarlets in the first ever match between the sides.

Here’s everything you need to know if you are coming to the game.

What time is kick-off?

The match kicks off at 5.30pm.

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Yes you can. The ticket office is open from 9.00am until half-time. Tickets prices are more expensive on match-day so make sure you buy yours early!

Is the club shop open?

Yes, the Castore shop is open from 10am until kick-off.  Players Dan Davis and Sam Wainwright will be in the shop for photos and autographs with fans at 4.30pm.

Where can I park?

Public parking is in Car Park B on the Trostre Park side. Cost is £5 per car on the gate with cash and card payment accepted. The car park gates open at 11.30am. Please do not park in residential streets around the Parc. We would also like to remind people not to park on grass verges around the stadium as this causes damage to the surrounding environment and also blocks routes used by the emergency services. Vehicles parked illegally may be clamped or towed away.

Please also be aware that neighbouring retail parks are operating parking restrictions using vehicle identification cameras. Fines will be issued for those who exceed the time limits.

Please all give plenty of time for your journey if you have a long way to travel.

Do you accept cash in the stadium?

Yes we do, but we will not be accepting the old paper £50 and £20 notes.

When do the stadium gates open?

Hospitality can gain entry at 3.30pm. The Lolfa (formerly Heart and Soul) Bar is also open from 3.30pm. Food will be available. The turnstiles and kiosks are open to the public at 4.30pm. The Heineken Lounge is closed for the game.

Is there a bus service?

Yes, there is the regular shuttle bus and a new bus service from Carmarthen, which stops in Kidwelly, Burry Port, Coleg Sir Gar and Dominos, Llanelli in operation for this game. Please see below.

What’s on in the FSG Supporters Village?

Your regular food and drink vendors will be open outside the arena, which opens to the public at 3pm. Toilet facilities will be available in the The West Stand concourse. Inside the village there will be inflatable fun for our young fans. Come and say hello and grab a selfie with Scarlets and Brython Thunder players who will be at the Clwb Cochyn stand. Cochyn will also be there and don’t forget to get your face painted! The Supporters Village will be closed after the match. Our charity partners will all be in the barn so please support.
